NICOLE & ABNER – THE WEDDING!

One of the perfect views of Los Angeles and a perfectly made custom wedding gown and a couple that everyone loves so dearly are just some of the things that make Nicole and Abner’s wedding one of our favorites that ended our 2015 wedding season perfectly.

We had the honor of working with Abner’s brother a year and a month prior to Nicole and Abner’s wedding (Ivy and Aaron’s wedding can be seen here), so it was like working for our own family when it came to working on the couple’s BIG DAY.

Nicole and Abner’s simplistic and modern wedding was set atop the USC Building in DTLA in the prettiest navy, gold and blush pink palette. The couple brought in lots of details throughout the wedding that truly exemplified their personalities: Blue Bottle coffee as a nod to the groom’s hometown in San Francisco, and a prescription guest sign in to signify the bride’s career.

One of our favorite details was the bride’s custom made wedding gown by Atelier by Dawn, which was also named one of the top prettiest dressed in 2015. We posted a photo of the bride walking down the aisle with her father and immediately had several direct messages that asked where the bride purchased her dress. The bride was a stunner in the dress, and the couple looked absolutely stunning together and on the rooftop during sunset.

Nicole and Abner, I love you both so much and cannot express how much fun it was to work on your wedding that created so many head turning details. That dress, your family and the love you two share with one another is breathtaking!
