When you put two people who have the same passion for food, work as they do for each other, you can definitely all agree that they are truly BETTER TOGETHER.
Stacy and Edwin are no strangers to the CCL family. We had the honor to work with Edwin’s brother, Chris, on various graphic design projects and also had the luxury of planning his wedding in 2013. When we started working with the couple it was a match-made in heaven. We absolutely adored Stacy and Edwin’s love for good food, amazing cocktails and their fun and quirky ideas they wanted to tie into their wedding.
Having the wedding at Fig House in Los Angeles was perfect! Hundreds of paper hearts were hung from the ceiling to accompany the bride’s vision of a detailed area over their dining area. The lyrics to their first dance song “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran were placed on the large mirrors when guests entered the venue. Did I mention the bride and groom are both pharmacists? So it was only fitting for their wedding cocktail mixologists at Pharmacie LA to mix up and serve their cocktails. An installation was built and created specifically for the couple that consisted of dozens of vintage apothecary medicine bottles as their escort cards. The florist, Green Leaf Designs, then filled each bottle with a beautiful floral bloom that not only made this a wall of escort cards, but an art installation as well.
Custom tattoos and buttons were just some of the many details that were available at the wedding for the guests to take and wear throughout the evening. For dessert, Carmela Ice Cream, a hot coffee station and hot churros were available for the guests to devour after dinner.

Stacy and Edwin, I ABSOLUTELY ADORE YOU! I love the love you two have, and how you truly embrace the GOOD LIFE. I cannot thank you enough for allowing CCL to be a part of your wedding planning and day. Can’t wait to see you both soon over another amazing meal. Love you both so much!
